| They should just put the ball on the 50 yard line in the middle of the field and have both teams put 11 players in each of their own respective endzones. On the whistle they charge the ball and whoever gets it, takes the ball on offense. First to score wins.

| Hmmm. I like the current NFL playoff rules better than college overtime rules. To each his own, I guess. |

| Why don't they just simplify it and say each team gets an offensive possession in OT, after that it's sudden death? I don't get why they have to complicate it.

| | smh | Sounds a bit crazy, but I think all football should adopt soccer rules -- just play extra periods until somebody is a winner at the end. Maybe shorter though, like ten minutes. |

| | smh | It all comes down to the kicker anyways, right?
College's OT is far better than the NFL, but I still think extra periods would be the fairest way to solve it. College OT eliminates special teams. |

| | smh | Still, a very significant portion of the game that goes completely unaccounted for in determining the winner. |
