Exactly. I'm happy to roll with Hass and from what I saw from Locker last year he is going to be the future. If we're going to spend money get Super Mario.

Bud Adams is an old, retarded codger.

Don't get me wrong, I love the Titans, but I don't see this happening without destroying the franchise in the short term. The long term in this is, well, missing. The Titans SERIOUSLY need to shore-up their pass rush, more specifically with a DE or two. We can deal another year with Hasselbeck and Locker. Besides, I think Locker will be a good QB given time, but he has to play.

Additionally, and likely the biggest part, Peyton will not go to play anywhere that is not a legitimate contender for another ring, or isn't just that "one Peyton Manning away" from a Super Bowl.

Did I mention I hate Bud Adams?

You put it so much more eloquently than I did. Kudos.

Agree.

If we didnt draft Locker

If we didnt have Hass

If we still had VY

If this was one year ago

sure I'd want PM. Not now. Not worth it.

“He is the man I want. Period,” Adams said. “And the people that work for me understand that. They know who I want. I want Mr. Manning with the Titans and I will be disappointed if it doesn’t happen.”
I'm going to continue to be disappointed the longer he steers our ship from his wheelchair in Houston.

Having Peyton would be "nice," but this is the NFL. I'm more concerned about the long-term of my team.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with these views. I'm anxious to see what Locker can do with more playing time under his belt.

He also went on to say he would have a front office job after he retires with us...

I can't wait till Bud passes his control to his grand children.

No one is going to trade for a 36 year old Hass.

NO.

This franchise is heading in the right direction, and wasting money on a 36-year-old PM would absolutely screw everything up.
