Can Chuck Pagano, former Baltimore Ravens Defensive Coordinator, turn the Colts around? What are his plans for Peyton Manning's future?

Since it's the pros (as opposed to college), he's not really the one getting the say (or mich of any, likely) on manning's future with regards to the colts

Thats not true. He has a lot of say as far as who will be starting QB, Manning or Luck if they plan to keep Peyton and if they draft Luck.

He has say if they keep Peyton on the team; the way you worded it made it look like you were asking about whether Pagano would keep manning or cut him

This is relatively straight forward. If Peyton says that he is healthy and feels well, goes out and throws darts then he's your QB. Otherwise you look at other options.
