Where Would You Like to See Peyton End Up?

On the 5 Good Minutes segment of PTI, Bob Kravitz (Indianapolis Star) laid down a pretty convincing argument that the Colts will likely release Manning. He played the guessing game as to where Manning will go. Where would you like to see him?

I like: Dallas, Tennessee, or Houston. What say ye?

yeah I saw his segment on PTI last night talking about it. Funny thing is I told my wife it was a possibility and she laughed at me until he said it too. She's a Skins fan

With Snyder, an aging star is always a possibility. LOL

I don't think any of those three makes much sense. Tennessee has already invested in their future with Locker. Houston has Schaub, who they would never risk losing over a couple years with Peyton. Same with Romo in Dallas.

You'd be looking for a team that has a good roster, but lacks a QB, and just wants to make a quick run at a championship while they've got the supporting players. I'm thinking like the Bears team that Indy beat in their SB win with Grossman at the helm.

Denver? Hello? Hell, maybe even the Jets.

Actually, Dallas could be reasonable, as Romo isn't a championship caliber QB in a lot of people's eyes due to the choke factor, I guess.

Minnesota? I don't know their feelings about Ponder. He's had some big games.

On the coaching staff for the Tennessee Volunteers.

I know. It'll never happen. Washington Redskins. Carry on.

Also, with Leinart and Yates winning games in Houston, I'm not so sure they should be sold on Schaub. I'm not. It seems like a guy like Peyton is the one missing piece there.

The Chiefs done pretty well with an aged Montana. I wouldn't mind seeing that again.

I don't know. I think they are pretty complete and Schaub is a great QB. They've got the defense, the run game, and an elite receiver. Add another elite receiver and a truly elite QB (if you don't believe Schaub is) and that would be a SB contender, so maybe you're right.

It comes down to whether they are believers of don't mess with a good thing or the continuous pursuit of constant improvement

But if they had a great QB, the Bears may have another Lombardi trophy in the case.

Grossman shouldn't be starting, but he is. What's your point, pj? lol

just saying that it may be a few years too late but it's time to right the wrong. Replace Grossman with PM now
