looks like they might be giving him a chance. Interesting really only b/c they seem to completely neglect the fact that Favre's old enough that they will need a new QB pretty soon (his body can't keep playing well past 3-4 more years, mainly due to wear and age)

So feasibly, he could find himself in a spot with a chance at a starting gig perhaps if things go the right way?

Is it just me or does that article just kind of stop? They begin reminiscing about his troubled past and then it just comes to a screeching halt.

I don't think Perilloux is going to make it in the NFL. Maybe Arena league or something.

I didn't read the article but I saw awhile back that Brett Favre was already giving pointers to Perilloux. If he can stay out of trouble he obviously has the talent to play in the big leagues. If he shows something in training camp and preseason he might stick on the roster and go into next season competing for the starting job with Sage and T-Jack.
