The HTML Code Is Off?

I am going to assume that this is what controls the features, My Post, New Post, and Vols only on the control bar?

With the published knowledge that additional ram has been added and the demand being less than half of what I have witnessed at times, both last night and today. I was wondering if this was enacted has a precaution against bottle-necks or as a result of necessity?

*Understand that this is not a complaint. Just seeking clarification as to missing features that I have gotten used to having the use and functionality of.

When the server gets hammered after a big game, freak disables a few of the board features to lighten the load. I'm sure he will turn them back on soon.
