I dont have a New Thread Icon when im in a regular forum. Anyone have any ideas? The only timre i have seen a New Thread is in this help Forum...

there's a 20 post minimum to post a new thread in the main forums. It helps keep out an insane amount of spam plus we just want to know you'll stick around
