Adobe Flash Player

I recently did a system recovery and when I come to Volnation,it keeps telling me the website wants to run the following add-on 'Adobe Flash Player'.I allowed it to run but still everytime I come to the site,it keeps telling me the same thing.Anybody have a clue as to what I need to do to fix this?
