| I'm a new member with a question I've enjoyed reading all the posts on this site so i joined up. Can anyone tell me how to get pictures small enough to put on your personal profile? Thanks. |

| I open it with Microsoft paint and go select Image at top of page and under image select STRETCH/SKEW. Make horizontal 20% and verticle 20% |

| depends on what program your pc uses for pics. my default program is windows picture viewer, which doesn't let you edit pics. so I right click on the file, then click "open with>" windows office picture manager..then edit, then resize...
or you could just get an online acct at photobucket and resize with just a click once you upload the pics... hope that helps, and welcome to the nation!

| Welcome to the board.
I have found that Microsoft Office Picture manager is easy to use to resize pictures if you have that available. I have heard mention of a free program called GIMP, but I have never used it personally.

FYI, I will let this thread ride on the main board for a while, but it will eventually end up in the help forum.
