If you don't have a copy,you can probably download a copy from the manufacturer.

Pay for an actual Tivo-branded unit instead of a generic DVR.

(My wife can operate our Tivo expertly, and normally she can't deal with anything that has an on/off switch. Including our kid's toys.)
