I need help

I had problems with my computer. I had to delete my cookies and forgot my password. I followed the directions given and got a new password but each time the password would not work. Now I have two accounts but the first is unusable. You all know me as kb5252.

Got the bugs worked out on my computer. I actually had some kind of infection that was altering my passwords. IT guys fixed it for me. Thank you though.
