Help with webpage sizes??

Ok I had to take my computer and have adware and spyware removed. Now I'm having some problems with certain websites. It's like the webpage is too big for my monitor. I never had this problem before I took it to the shop. Most pages will have the arrows on the sides and bottom so I can view the whole page. Then I tried to get on Webkinz for my son to play and that is where I ran into the problem. There are no arrows on the side or bottom to view the whole page. Can somebody help me please??
