d/l this hoping that it would be something like photoshop.....but i cant work it its confusing anybody know anything bout it......or is there something else i can d.l for free so i can do cool stuff like Cincy does

paint.NET is actually very easy to use and has a lot more features than plain ol' MS Paint. I'm not an expert with it, but I am comfortable using it.

What issues are you having with it?

no issue just all the features are so hard to understand is there like a list of what does what anywhere....yeah im new to all this stuff
