Does this site carry a virus?

I currently have avast antivirus on both my home and work computer, and I noticed that I'm getting a lot of activity when I visit this website. Is anyone else having this problem? Is this a false positive that avast is detecting?

There have been ad issues as of late but there are no viruses.

Are the Icons on your computer screen acting like they are being updated or changed by something. By blinking out and then reappearing? It only happens on this sight to me.
