Problem on log In

My system clears it's cookies every night. Whch is neither here or there. But upon log in and I hit Forums to go to the log in. My desk top icons blinks out to white like somthing is adapting to or adding a program to my registery or performing a scheduled update like it does when Flash updates.

This has only been happening for a couple of days now.

My utilities tell me i have no errors in my operating system.

Very worrisome.

If anyone else is experiencing this please post.

I am not having this problem. Have you tried to go to a different forum, like the pub and logging in from there? Does it have the same symptom no matter what screen you log in from?
