Mods - Profile Pic?

Everyone seems to hate my pic, so I finally decided to change it. I just can't figure out how to make the change.

I click "user CP"
then "edit profile picture"

it is currently displaying the new picture that I want, but that's not what's showing in the forums. I made the pic the right size and everything.

so when I try to "save changes" it says "upload of file failed". when I try to upload it again and save changes, I get the same error message.

How in the hell do I change my pic?

First of all if you want to change the picture that shows up with your username you want to edit avatar, not profile pic. Try that.

Hooray. You did it! I had no idea my profile pic wasn't my Av.
