"London is the largest city in the UK" etc voiceovers

Anyone else getting a voice from nowhere rabbiting on about London? (Including mispronouncing "Thames.") At one point there was something about Nissan and the sound of breaking glass.

It's definitely from VN. There's even an image of a speaker on the VN tab on my laptop. When I close the tab that VN is on, the voiceover stops.

This is on FF to be specific.

And no, I haven't been Googling London, Nissan, or breaking glass...

Clear your cache and see if it happens again. If it does happen again, take a screenshot and post it here so Freak and track down the AD if that's what is causing it.
