Labor troubles

Looks like the NFL isn't the only one facing "trouble ahead"

Sheridan: Spokesman for NBA referees says lockout 'imminent' - ESPN

I'm not sure when this would be, but apparently they're looking at a lockout

And no salary cap agreement means a lockout for the NFL in 2011 (year after next)...

Possibly looking at a situation where one year the only major sports are MLB and hockey?

This is incredible. They are so cocky the refs. I have seen the terms they are wanting and it is crazy. The retirement plan is the best I have ever dreamed of! In a recession nonetheless...I got a lot of respect for the job they do. but dang
