I think Denver benefits from this trade on the court but the Pistons like the idea of Iverson's contract expiring after the season.

Dumars wasn't kidding when he said big changes were in order for the Pistons roster. I personally don't like this at all, but they weren't going to win the East with the roster they had.

They need to just keep putting pieces around Melo until something works. Melo is a bonafide franchise player, but he cant win when he has 4 guys around him that couldn't even guard me.

How? The Pistons are getting McDyess right back and they're going to have $20 mil or so coming off their cap for '09-'10. Dumars fleeced Rex Chapman.

This is the best fit for AI. I was extremely excited when I heard about the trade. He's got a great oppurtunity to get a ring in Detroit.
