Add Steve Nash. Lose draft picks. Not too bad. Certainly better than Blake.

This is a horrible move for Nash and Kobe imo.

The pick and roll for Bynum and the pick and pop for Gasol are going to be there all day. This is a great move. And this guy is a two time MVP... And people still don't like the move... Only us lakers fans can complain.

Not sure how having Nash is going to help him. The other player should benefit though.
I think it puts him in a position to take fewer shots, ipso facto he'll end up with better shot selection.

FWIW Nash was the 2nd best PG last year, according to advanced metrics.

Maybe offensively.

Nash isn't even a top five point guard.

If the lakers get another wing defender/slasher like espn was just talking about it could be a good move. Lamar could've been that guy.

Yes. That's how good his offense is. It doesn't matter that he doesn't play D well.

They run circles around him, and then miss their shots/FT's. Meanwhile, he's running the other way shooting 53% (40% from 3 pt).

Helps when you only play 30 minutes a game while the others are playing almost the entire game. To argue he is a top 5 PG at this stage in his career is beyond dumb.

Nobody plays "almost the entire game" on average. Westbrook played 35.3 MPG this year. Nash played 31.6. So Westbrook plays 4 more minutes, and that's what's causing him to only shoot 45%?

Nash is a great shooter, and takes great shots. That's why he's shot at least 50% 7 of the last 8 years.
