Grizzlies workouts

Today the Grizzlies worked out big men Joey Dorsey, Kevin Love, DeAndre Jordan and JaVale Mcgee. They also worked out guards Jeremy Pargo and Kyle Weaver.


I heard from a few people that attended the workouts that Love was outstanding and is really moving himself into the top half of the lottery. He had lost 15 pounds and measured in 1.25" taller than at the predraft camp. Joey Dorsey also really impressed people with his offensive (yes, OFFENSIVE) game. He seemed to hit more jumpers than most thought he would. Also seemed to display some post moves that, for some reason, he didn't do a whole lot of in college. Cal was there joking about how is misused him. McGee seemed to also fare well though Jordan was said to be lost and needed more time in college. Same was said about Pargo.


From the sounds of it though, Love has extremely impressive. Hopefully Mayo and Love don't go at the 3 and 4 spots.
