It is not a bad comparison. NBA teams have more than one goal just like any other sport on any other level. 1st win your division, 2nd win your conference, and 3rd win a title. How is that any different than college football? There has been ONE team better than Detroit over the last 6-8 years. I guess San Antonio is the only organization that can be considered a success over that span because they were the best?

I'm not saying the dude is a failure, but its also not fair to say he's the best at his job, when he only has one title. Thats all. I like Joe Dumars.
