| He won't go to a rebuilding project. He's destined to Chicago or another contending team that may have a vacancy in the offseason.

| Spoelstra was named the new coach at the press conference today. He's been Riley's favorite apprentice for a while now. Once Riles sold Arison on Spoelstra, the job was his. | |

| Miami needs to go after a young upcoming coach with NBA experience as they rebuild this team. That fits Tim Floyd very well
