I don't know about best overall, but at his position without a doubt. He is the best power forward ever in my opinion.

He is certainly in the same class with the best players in the league but I don't know about THE best overall.

People only say that because his game is not flashy at all. Tim Duncan has been one of the five best players in the league every single season he has played, and pretty much has to be considered the best power forward ever at this point.

And the fact that you never hear him being talked about like most stars. It's always about Kobe wanting out of LA. Carmello ranting about hit team giving up. LeBron wanting a better supporting cast. Shaq's transition to a fast paced offense. Tim Duncan is one of the best ever. He's okay with being under the radar. He's okay with Tony Parker and Manu. All he cares about is winning, nothing else. If only there were more Tim Duncan's in this world

I agree... Duncan is a class act. You can't help but like him, unless you're a Suns fan I guess.
