PER is probably the worst stat known to man*. I'm not really familiar with win score.
I prefer wins produced. It's based on mathematical relationships between variables like rebounds, turnovers, and how they correlate with winning. Rondo has a very good WP score. Top 3 among PGs for 4 straight seasons. The NBA Geek - Advanced NBA Statistics for all players
*You can improve your PER score by shooting horribly. It doesn't make sense. As long as you shoot 33%, an additional point will raise your PER score, but we all know shooting 33% will make your team lose. Horrible stat. It wasn't developed with any logic or mathematical reasoning.
