Game ...
Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose suffered an apparent left knee injury while trying to leap off his left foot in the lane with 1:10 left in Saturday's playoff game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Yeah, that's hurtin. Round 1 could be closer than they like if Rose is out. They should still advance but Round 2 is where it really begins to hurt if he's out for the series or severely limping around.

I think he's done. Looked like an ACL/MCL injury. Posted via VolNation Mobile

That would suck. I won't speculate because I didn't see it. The Bulls had it wrapped up so I flipped over to the Knicks/Heat. Maybe you'll luck out and it will only be a sprain. But if it looked bad enough to believe it's ACL/MCL it's probably a severe sprain at the very least. Maybe they could shoot him up and he'd be alright? Sprains can be pretty bad though. Barbosa on the Pacers hasn't played the last game or two because of a sprain and he might not play today. And I think that's a minor sprain in his case. Could look worse than it is.

I don't think it's a sprain. He physically could stand on his knee. With a sprain I think it would have allowed him to put a little weight on it, at least.
You'll have to see the replay. His knee buckled in when he did a "pro-hop." Posted via VolNation Mobile
Yeah... that doesn't look good. I've seen guys do similar stuff and they come back later in the game. I don't know if that will be the case watching that. If it were a player on my team, I'd think he's done. I saw David West go down recently and after he came off an ACL injury, I thought he was done. He ended up being fine. I'd definitely be worried if I were a Bulls fan though. Not that it needed to be said, I'm with Reggie... why even be in the game? And he was trying to score. The game was over, that's the worst part about the injury. He didn't even need to be in.
I don't really have a problem with him being in the game. He's missed so many games recently and he needed to get back in rhythm. Posted via VolNation Mobile
