Who's Artest? I don't think there's anybody in the NBA by that name.

I'll always remember that. Ron Artest is crazy.

Sadly, it took the Pistons and their scummy fans to bring out Artest's inner crazy. He was kind of a douche for laying on the scorers table but Ben Wallace shoved him and a fan threw a soda at him(hit him in the face). Kind of funny that he went out into the crowd to stomp the crap out of guy who threw the soda. Sure, it was wrong but so is feeling you have the right to throw crap at someone's face. No way he does it to Artest if he isn't hidden in a crowd. After the Pacers players beat the crap out of a few fans, tons of fans pelt them with crap as they go through the entrance. That team was so damn good too... Jamaal Tinsley, Stephen Jackson, Ron Artest, Jermaine O'neal, Al Harrington. All of them were young at the time. smh

I'll have to see the elbow. I hate Artest for breaking up an amazing Pacers team but I don't completely fault him for doing what he did. It's easy for me to say I wouldn't do it but I also haven't been shoved by Ben Wallace as 25,000 fans boo and then get hit in the face with something after walking away from a heated altercation. I totally believe he'd elbow someone though and should be suspended multiple games. He also got ejected from games and smashed cameras while playing with the Pacers. He's pretty crazy but he's also a monster.

6'7" 260lbs.... I ain't messin with that.

What a dick.

That looks about right though. The guy builds himself up into a fit of rage and he can't control himself. He has problems.

Let's not forget the absolute idiocy of Artest to make himself vulnerable by laying on the scorer's table.

I said it was a douche move.

But laying on the scorers table doesn't give anyone the right to throw something at you. Especially if they're hidden in the crowd. That's a wuss a move.

He ended up beating up the wrong fan but if you watch the video, guy is on Artest's back after he goes into the crowd while he's going after a guy in in front of him and Stephen Jackson lays the guy out. And they don't show it but fans were running on the court and Jermaine O'neal knocked one out as the guy ran at him. That fan was responsible for other fans getting beat up as he acted like a badass hidden in the crowd.

Nobody looked good in that situation. Pacer fans stopped going to games and they had to trade everyone away. I'm just saying when everything had gone down, Ben Wallace started it. He shoved Artest and got the crowd riled up as Artest backed away. Then a fan decided to set everything off by throwing something at him. The fan couldn't control himself, why should Artest? He got hit in the face. Why was that fan so mad he felt the need to throw something?

Through the first round of the playoffs. I really thought Meta had made changes in his life to avoid these sort of events, but I guess I was wrong.

Nobody can avoid blame in that situation, from Ben Wallace to security to anyone.

However, Artest is basically saying "Come at me, bro" to the fans. It was a dumbass move, especially since he apparently said some things to Wallace while laying on the scorer's table.
