exactly. NASCAR has just gone all downhill. The COT's are god awful. I love the idea of making the car safer and i believe it has. But the arguement to make the cars completely equal is BS. NASCAR knows that no matter how equal they make a car, the teams r always gonna do something to give them a competitive edge. They only did this bc they knew the big 3 were in trouble and that they probably couldnt depend on them in the near future if indeed they went bankrupt.

That's ridiculous. They passed post-race inspection yet still got "warned?" You either fail or you don't. Pushing the limits is what separates the good teams from the average ones.

The only way I could see Nascar turning a blind eye on this would be for Mark Martin, otherwise it must not be an issue.

There is no way Brian France and Nascar want Jimmie Johnson to win another championship this year.
