NASCAR suspends Sprint Cup driver under terms of drug policy | www.thatsracin.com
Press conference in just a couple of minutes. Sorenson and Mayfield are two names that keep popping up.
On a side note, for a hefty amount of cash Scott Speed and Red Bull have bought their way into Joe Nemechek's unsponsored ride for tonight's race.

| Does suspended indefinately mean suspended for good?
Mayfield doesn't seem to me like someone that would take the bad kind of drugs. Do you think it was prescription drugs or was he really doing the naughty drugs? | |

| Mayfield says that it was confusion with some prescription drugs that he didn't get okay'd by Nascar. He will be having a talk with them very soon.

| I would be shocked if Travis Kvapil didn't get a call at this point. It appears the team will continue running with Billy Stavola calling the shots. If what Mayfield says is true, then this suspension won't last too long.
