| Big Race Weekend Coming Up in Birmingham Time for the Rolex Grand American Series at Barber Motorsports Park. Barber Motorsports Park
It's worth a trip - great facility and the entire race weekend is only 45 bucks.
If you want additional info, let me know.

| The next event is the end of August - Barber Motorsports Park
The historics should be pretty cool - I've never gone to see SCCA racing so I don't know how that will stack up from a spectator perspective.

The Nationals are pretty good, regionals as a rule are not too well attended. What I like about SCCA Nationals is there are several races with fair sized fields of a diverse nature.

It was limited to showroom stock vehicles. One humorous tidbit. One entry was a Peugeot totally stock that they ran windows up with the AC on and playing a large assortment of tapes in the stereo. They finished.
