-lose the burnout contest | I didn't watch (nothing new there), but there is now a burnout contest?
That seriously irks me. |

Jimmie Johnson did the right thing, he ignored the rules and went wherever he wanted and delibertly ran over the cones. It should have had style points equal to the time points.

| by far one of the worst all-star races. most races at Charlette are pretty boring anyway.
totally agree about Eury Jr. he has all week to get a good gameplan together and does a good job at it but making the last minute end of the race decisions is not up his ally and it's always been that way. you can tell when you listen to their radio he can't make quick decisions and he usually ends up pissin' Jr. off. |

| Racing as absolutely boring right now. There are 43 cars on the track so how does one car always seem to find a way to get 3 or 4 seconds ahead of the rest of them? It's ridiculous really, they can't pass each other and it looks like that Coors Light commercial with the train going around the track the way they all line up. If I want to watch cars follow the leader then I will put a lawn chair next to I-65. Note to Goodyear: please give these guys tires soft enough so that fresh tires are worth pitting for. I know the last segment is only 25 laps but come on, old tires pulling away from 2 and 4 new tires? Ridiculous! |

| The only thing worse than the boring aero racing is the debris caution right now

| I didn't know there was a burn-out contest. I thought ya'll were joking until I Googled it and found out it was true.
Has anybody heard if Kahne actually won the fan vote? Dale Jr. told his fans to vote for Elliott Sadler. I was wondering if he actually won the fan vote and Kahne finished 2nd, but Kahne got into the race because Sadler's car was unraceable. If that's the case Kahne owes Allmendinger some money. |
