| Stan Fox was another great driver who survived a horrific wreck at Indy only to be killed years later in an auto accident. |

A guy I raced against in enduro karts also had an unbelievable wreck he survived at Indy-Mark Dismore. He was hospitalized for weeks, at first not expected to live.

It would not have affected the speed.  |
