I just watched the new show for the first time. (MNF you know) I like the format...only 1 "true" guest and several cameos. Where else are you going to get Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz and Ludacris all on the same show. Oh yeah, Michael Moore too. Good stuff.

TV tells me I should like him. I don't listen to the TV when it talks to me though. The radio gets jealous.

Agreed, his show was always to vanilla for me. It seemed like they tried so hard on The Tonight Show and now on the new show not to offend anyone that turned me off.

leno has always ranked right up there with collin quinn as someone who no matter how hard they could try would probably never make me laugh. there are certainly others in this category such as dennis miller, the cable guy, jimmy fallon, carlos mencia, lewis black,...........

Ferguson's my favorite. I like that his monologues are more of a stand up routine rather than the usual Kanye joke followed by a political joke followed by Hollywood joke. He's also a good writer and he's the best interviewer on late night.

i don't really watch any late night shows like conan or letterman, etc. but i have heard nothing but good things about ferguson. most of those shows just seem to be the exact same thing with a different host.
