| | Senior Member | Umphrey's McGee I am sure many of you know of this band. I have seen them at Bonnaroo a couple of times and in Atlanta with STS9. Great musicianship and ripped up jams.
They are playing Nashville on Nov 15 and then in Knoxville a few days later.
Anyone going? |

| I've seen them several times. Aren't they from Chicago? They're here in the Quad Cities at every festival, it seems. |

| | Senior Member | I've got tickets for both nights in Knoxville.
I fly out Dec 11th to see Umphreys and the Disco Biscuits for 4 days in Jamaica. Really can't wait for that. Less than a month now!
Sector 9 last week was another great show from those boys. |

| i like Um a lot and usually catch them in town, but i'm going to pass.
i more a fan of their improv guitar/album type stuff than i am of the prog/trance stuff they play. i just can't get down to Bisco/STS9. not my style right now. now, a late night at bonnaroo? different story...
Um will still be good. but i'll catch Old Crow and Yonder instead. |

| | Senior Member | Yeah, at least one guy. There's already 3 sources from the first night on Archive, so I'd guess the second night will be up there soon. Last resort would be a purchase from livedownloads.com.

| | You huge girl!! | I had a co-worker one time introduce me to these guys. They are OK, if you like jam out hippie bands. The music just isn't very solid to me, but hey it's not for everyone. If I want to rock out I would prefer some late 60's-70's classic rock.
