Good Post. A quick glance at Paisley's song credits shows alot of B. Paisley in the songwriting credits.
Songwriting is a big deal to me, not that i've ever written a thing, but the greats can write, and do.
From my posts on the country thread you all know i am a fan of traditional and red dirt country, but what do you guys think of John Rich and Kenny, they write some good songs, and are top notch performers. I don't get into much of their style, but they are what they are, and aren't being what they aren't, somewhat of a rarity in Nashville today. YouTube - John Anderson & Big and Rich - Seminole Wind
