Lucero is great, you should check out their latest album.

I like more old country but alot of the new is horrible.Rascal Flats, and a few more are okay by me.I am more of a classic rock fan though, as are my kids that are half my age.

Lucero ROCKS! Their records, songs and live shows just keep getting better 'n' better. Their shows at Blue Cats in the past few years have been throwdowns for the history books.

Speaking of bad-ass Southern rock, Drive-By Truckers are playing Sundown in the City on June 28.

My oldest daughter listens to her. Sounds like a cat in a blender to me. She simply cannot sing. Couldn't carry a tune with a forklift.

I don't mind her songs, but i reflect to a GAC @ the Opry interview, when she was talking about the "Tim McGraw" song, and said Tim was "The George Jones and Conway Twitty of the new country generation". I had diahareea and vomited at the same time.

did you hear that tim mcgraw/faith hill song where he sings "I want drive through west virginia in the back seat of a cadillac, ya know some cowboys like me go out like that"? I never had any major problems with Tim McGraw, in fact I liked some of his songs, but to compare himself on the same level as Hank Sr? Can't stand it.
