This is a new miniseries written by David Simon (of The Wire and Treme fame) about a public housing crisis in Yonkers, NY in the 1980s. It stars Oscar Isaac and Catherine Keener, and will air in two episode blocks over the next three weeks. The first two were tonight.

Not seen em, but I've read review and Grantland article about it. Seems like it's got a shot to be pretty damn good based on everything I know about it.
