Remember the 80's and when MTV actually mattered and was awesome. You would sit for hours waiting to see your favorite song played.

Funny how the first song was "Video killed the radio star."

& Remember when Jack White and the Raconteurs so correctly played "Internet Killed the Video Star" at the 2006 MTV Awards? While I also long for 80's MTV (heck even 90's MTV was good) it never would survive in the internet age. It changed to survive (kind of like Netflix did by going streaming), and while I hate what it has become, I guess it worked for them. Still I wonder who watches it, because I have 2 teenagers at home that never watch MTV.

Give me a dead Justin Beiber and I'm in.

He earned some respect from me when he got roasted. He's still a tool, but he's trying to be better, and what would we be like if we were worth $100M by the age of 16. Nothing can prepare you for that life.
