Some good dancers so far.

I'm not sure why the hell Justin Bieber was even allowed to be on tv period, especially on a show that I watch.

The fact that he's on a show that you watch should be enough to make you reassess your viewing habits.

He's never once been on this show before now. Technically he's not ON the show so much as they prerecorded him in front of a camera introducing dance crews.

Guy I know auditioned in ATL and I'm not sure if he made it but he'll be one of the featured dancers for the Atlanta audition episode.

Well this one was somewhat an offshoot of American Idol, and since AI isn't even the biggest singing competition show anymore and is losing popularity every year, I figured this probably is starting to wane as well.

The only reason I know DWTS is still on is ABC makes such a big deal about it and all the so-called celebrities they have on it. Plus it's a tad different since it's not dancers trying to make it big, it's celebrities trying to stay in the spotlight.

I love the show, but I'm actually surprised it's lasted this long. The dance crew addition seems like a huge jump the shark move to me.

This. Honestly the majority of the dance crews they've introduced have sucked too. :)

Yes JaJa had a sick audition. Can't wait to see her do more. Nigel wanted to send that puppet dude to choreography so bad but he couldn't do it, Mary and the other judge pushed him through.

Well, the only thing at the time that was tying SYTYCD to AI was Nigel Lythgoe being a producer on AI as well as a judge on SYTYCD. There are no real ties anymore.

What I like about SYTYCD is that the dancers are already seasoned so they know what they are doing for the most part, so when it comes time for them to do partner dances they're REALLY good.

Celebrities who can't dance trying to stay in the spotlight. :)

Poreotics is decent. My guess is we won't see Quest Crew, Jabba, I.aM.mE. or Super Crew. But maybe Beat Freaks or Blueprint Crew might be on there. If you didn't watch A.B.D.C I just spoke a very foreign language. Lol

Yeah he wasn't too happy about him getting a ticket straight through, dude was good though. The little battle with FikShun, Cyrus, Legacy and the Wichita guy was alright. FikShun and the tall popping french chick wasnt bad either.

This show is a guilty pleasure. If you're into the arts, there is some very powerful and evocative dancing when they reach the main part of the show. Leading into that, there are a lot of beautiful young women, and a dancer's body is a work of art unto itself. Some of these young ladies, it's just like....damn!

The show also gives a place for choreographers to shine. Mia and Travis are my favorites, but they're all talented.

Anyone know if Mia is gonna appear this year?

I know it gets joked about in the Zone, but dance really is a passion of mine. There have been a few performances, usually contemporary, that have really gotten to me over the years. Some of the stories behind them and passion and movements are breathtaking too me. Yeah I know not manly. Lol

You ain't never lied either most female dancers bodies are crazy sexy.

Idk if she is or not, I really hope so she is brilliant. Travis gets better every year. I really like Stacey Tookey too.

Yeah I forgot about her, she is really talented too. She has some really interesting pieces alot of strange movement.

I hated when she left the show from being a regular. She's only made appearances since then doing numbers every so often. Nigel made a comment about "wait until Mia gets a hold of her" in the auditions this season so we might see her.
