Sounds good I may run into ya sometime at one of their shows. I'll be the one avoiding the mosh pit.

Cool, I may try to stop back by sometime.

Guv'nahs were alright, as usual.

I really liked Moon Taxi.

This is how I feel, which is why I feel like they're a great live band, but I will not buy their album.

Moon Taxi, on the other hand, I think had a great, semi-unique sound.

Boom. Gave them their own thread. They are way better than the Guv'nahs.

I totally get what you're saying about them being a good live band. For me, I'm not going to buy their album. But since you said what you said, my question to you is would you set time aside from your day or night to see them live?

I don't know. I feel like some of y'all try too hard to be different.

I'm sure if this thread would've been started 5 years ago when the Guvs just started and no one had heard of them, some of you would claim they're the next Aerosmith or something.

Don't let others' opinions keep you from enjoying what you enjoy.

It's not like they're mainstream or anything. Sorry if you feel others are judging you for your taste, but don't judge us for thinking they are too ordinary sounding.

They sound good. They just don't have a unique sound.

Listening to their new record, when compared to their old material, is like spending your life eating triscuits with cheese whiz until, one day, you run out of cheese whiz... all you have are stupid, bland crackers.

Oh, I know. Which makes it weird.

Everyone has different opinions. It's all good.
