That man can play anybody. Favorite modern actor for sure. Gangs of New York, The Crucible, There Will Be Blood, In the Name of the Father. Damn good actor and very selective.

^Gangs of New York is, IMO, one of the greatest acting duo performances in recent times.

this movie will be great. I'm assuming it will include the assassination, but I haven't seen if they have casted Booth yet.

Day-Lewis' method acting is insane. He went to a private island for 8 weeks to get into character and read hundreds of books on Lincoln. He stays in character throughout all of production until he is officially wrapped.

ETA: maybe that's why he only makes a movie every few years and usually wins an Oscar for it.

I just am wondering if this will be an accurate portrayal? Are we going to get the gay dictator or the God-Fearing emancipator?

I just noticed that hot dog has no bun. Fork and knife? Posh blended meats?

Silly Hollywood.
