| Storm Chasers Anyone watch this show? I've watched the past 2-3 seasons. The season premier was last nite. Starts off the guys are out trying to help people who were hit by the tornado and they actually show what looks to be a guy who had passed away. Then they go back 3 days and show how they got to the point they were at. Next week they show what happened. Surely they didn't show that guy on the ground and him be dead. You could clearly make out the guys face. |

| | Senior Member | I've watched it for years. Somehow, though, I must have missed last season as I didn't know that Reed got his own version of the TIV. Reed is freaking nuts! I could see him driving that sucker into the middle of several tornados in a single season. He has phenomenal instincts and makes all of the other meteorologists on that show look like buffoons in comparison.

| Last night kind of ticked me off because it was nothing but a teaser for next week. Also good to know Sean is still clueless about storm chasing. He's never going to get the shots he needs for his movie because he won't take the gamble to go get it. Posted via VolNation Mobile |

| Had no idea the season started. Had to have been a slow start to the season if I'm not mistaken the first two months had the lowest amount of tornados in a while. Posted via VolNation Mobile |

Posted via VolNation Mobile | Not sure how much is "TV", but they acted like there was some big storms to start out in TX. But just a "TV day" later someone else was getting a late start to the season. Reid took off to MS for the scene the op was talking about. Posted via VolNation Mobile |

| | Senior Member | I love Reid's attitude. If you want, I can drop you off at a rental car place and you can drive back to Oklahoma. There's really no big decision to be made. If there's a chance to chase tornadoes in Mississippi, then the Dominator's there. The only question is whether you're coming along.

I just like his attitude that if the other guy doesn't want to go, he can drop him off for a rental car. Of course, I think most of these guys are corny. Crazy, but corny.

| | Senior Member | Also, Sean whining the whole show about Reid copying the TIV was ridiculous. Perhaps Reid thought that it would be a good idea to actually have someone with the capability of finding a tornado with a vehicle equipped to drive into it.

It's not like Sean had patented the design or technology. Sean strikes me as anything but a cool guy.
