Not sure what the plot is all about but if there is a bunch of monsters fighting then it will serve its purpose.

So..... only way to save the world from natural disasters, is to find all these big monsters.... seems legit

That trailer just pissed me off... How in the world do you rationalize turning Godzilla into that

I loved me so Godzilla.

Past tense.

I am sick of being lectured.

I will pass on this unless the trailer is miss leading.

Pretty sure we are the only things on this earth capable of loathing it's own existence.

That is true..I guess abstract thought is a double edged sword. It is still crazy that so many humans hate humanity. I mean I despise bad/evil humans, but I don't hate us as a whole.

Think that's just one lady in the trailer saying that though, the young girl seems to be the human POV character and calls her a "monster" for her thoughts so ... hopefully it won't be as preachy as all that lol.

I mean, all of the original Gojira movies had very "save the world" centric themes and ideas, the Japanese are just better at being more subtle and less "shove said idea down your throat" about it ... sans Gojira tai Hedora (Godzilla vs the Smog Monster/Hedora) which was an acid trip lol.

Gojira is more of a anti nuclear fallout caused by the "mutation due to radiation" idea. This seems to be "we had a nuclear war so we should destroy ourselves" type idea. Just by the trailer.

All Hollywood does is find a vehicle to carry some social justice warrior message any more

F◇<% em. I'm very tired of that pretentious crap. Why can't they just tell an entertaining story without either a lecture, a mind rape, or 20 minutes of soft porn weasling out of writing a screen play for actual storytelling?

I've almost quit hoping American TV will have anything anymore. 'Goliath' season 2 turned me off on Amazon Prime, Netflix originals suck. What's worth watching besides a few BBC series?

Those who mentioned bbc are spot on.
I started watching midsomer murders a few years back and am hooked on British tv now.

Show peoples points of views but leave it up to me to decide what’s wrong or right. Don’t lecture me during a damn movie or tv show.

I thought this trailer was awesome. Graphics look awesome the music is great, the plot is intriguing. The creepy normalcy to her voice as she is describing the end of the world. I’m stoked.

Funny cause that music is what ruined it for me. Terrible imo.
