Why did I never see this movie? Supposedly releasing on DVD and Blu-ray October 10th 2017.

You never saw it because it was never released. I have always wanted to see it, its a bit of a legend.

I guess I meant, why did I never know about it and download it illegally. My cousin said he has a copy and my brother said it is streaming on his Skystream One box.

Ive heard it is amazing but that may be just the mystique since it was never released. I read an article about it a couple of years ago.

This must have had some kind of release. I've seen it and I am confident I didn't pirate it. Maybe my friend did.

It starts off great but fades quickly.

That's a bummer. It ran briefly on Directv in 2014.

That must have been where I saw it.

I'm not trying to turn anyone off from seeing it. It has some ideas and moments that are strong, but I think you have to like the found footage genre to really appreciate this, and I can only think of 3 or 4 FF films that I actually enjoyed.

I saw this on TV a few years back, too, I'm not sure what all the hoopla is about either. It wasnt even that great - just a creepy found-footage film. It reminded me of that movie where the TV crew follows around a serial killer, then eventually partakes and helps with the killing...forget its name.

I saw it on YouTube over a year ago. It's supposed to be really shocking and disturbing but I didn't find it that way at all. I've seen much worse.

If you are into Found Footage films I can't recommend Willow Creek enough. I stumbled across it last year and can't believe it doesn't get talked about more. One of the best FF films ever imo.
