To all the amzing frontmen we've lost. I teared up when I heard of Cornells passing. So may of my favorite rock voices are gone and it darkens and depresses my soul. I honestly feel lost right now.

A head full of lies is a weight, tied to my waist."

Layne had such a gift. Music like this just doesn't seem to happen anymore

A great song about addiction and suicide.

Watch me fault her
You're living like a disaster
She said kill me faster
with strawberry gashes all over

Called her over
and asked her if she was improving
She said "feels fine" it's wonderful wonderful here

Hex me told her
I dreamt of a devil that knew her
Pale white skin with strawberry gashes all over all over

Pure poetry

Out of place in this tribute, but no. It's not.

I don't think Johnette Napolitano is dead but 'Bloodletting' was one helluva an album. Joey was released as a single and had a great B side song called "I want you"... I don't know why they didn't put it on the album. Anyway, that was 1990 and a classic!

Yah. I'm not posting just dead-people music, but also music that seems fitting for the occasion. I can't imagine how his wife and family are feeling/coping.
