| Nascar has had it good for a long time. This is definately a huge chunk of negative publicity. I wonder if it affects them in the least? | |

| I used to be the biggest fan. I never watch the whole race now. It pretty much has went straight downhill IMO. They have alienated their core base of fans who made it what it is today. | |

This employee came in as part of that program, and she was recommended by Magic Johnson. Also the settlement will most likely be at least 20-25 M IMO, not something inconsequential when it is an unbudgeted expense. | |

| If in fact she was discriminated against because of her race , well that's a shame , but if she was discriminated because she's a woman , then there are some really hard up people in the nascar circle . Man she's ugly . JMO
