Jeff Gordon better start getting more top 10's or top 5's or he'll miss the cut. He's less than 10 points out of 12th place. 11th and 12th aren't stable positions-drivers need to be at least 10th or higher to have a good shot at the CHASE! Better get it in gear Jeff Gordon. It's get it going now or you'll be on the outside looking in.

Based on several messages I've received, I am considering extending the entry deadline. Apparently there has been some confusion on how to enter. If so, all who have entered would have a choice of editing their entry. If not, yes anyone could enter the other phases of the contest. What is your opinion?

I have no objection in extending it. I do think you should post a new deadline and make it clear to everyone to get their picks in or edit their picks by (set date and time). Maybe it can be mentioned in the Weekly pickem contest thread.

Anyone want to Fine the weekly participators points who don't enter? Just a thought on how to get more people to enter.
