| Favorite Track What is your favorite Nascar track to see the guys race at?
Also would you take Martinsville off of the Nascar circuit? |

| | I get it! | Bristol, and it isn't even close. And no on Martinsville. Nascar needs more short track racing, not less. |

| | Give me 3 more!!! | Pocono, Darlington, and the road courses are always fun to watch. They're extremely unique and hard to drive. I think it would be a disgrace to drop Martinsville. Posted via VolNation Mobile |

| Let me rephrase that second question. Would you drop martinsville for another race at Darlington? |

| Talladega.
the problem with places like the North Wilkesboros or Rockinghams isn't just a facilities problem. it's everything associated with a hosting a race. a lot of these towns simply can't handle the type event or don't have the infrastructure in place to host the people and traffic; be it hotels, interstates, or track facilities. there's WAY more that has to go into a race than just a state of the art track. these areas simply didn't have the cash needed to to grow with the sport. it's sad yes, but it's also simple economics. it is what it is.
funny how the people who wanted the sport to grow now wish they could have the old days back. |
