so should every player in the AL stop, get out of their contract, and either... wait til they take the DH out or demand an NL contract? the players don't decide whether there is a DH or not...

The last 8 world series have been split 4-4... guess the DH means the AL will just dominate.....?

i don't understand the argument. i hear it all the time, trust me... all the time. but i don't understand it.

is your argument that... one league having it isn't real baseball? so you want the NL too? or just that having a DH... which is done at every level of baseball... is fake baseball?

honestly, i'm not trying to be a prick or start a gigantic fuss... just wanna know why that isn't real.

also... you're arguing that the AL team of players doesn't play the game the way it's supposed to be played? really?

Halladay will bat 9th tonight for them, by the way.

No, I have no problem with the players,,,,

My beef is that having a DH takes out all kinds of strategy and managing. That is all...

The last 8 world series have been split 4-4... guess the DH means the AL will just dominate.....? Never said anything like that.

i don't understand the argument. i hear it all the time, trust me... all the time. but i don't understand it. I was unaware that I was starting an argument. Just saying I thought the NL would win.

is your argument that... one league having it isn't real baseball? so you want the NL too? or just that having a DH... which is done at every level of baseball... is fake baseball? Baseball was meant to be played with 9 fielders that also were hitters.

honestly, i'm not trying to be a prick or start a gigantic fuss... just wanna know why that isn't real.Baseball was originally played without a DH. Just a statement. Nothing was meant by it.
Don't get your panties in a wad. My purpose was not to start an argument. I prefer NL ball and think they will win this year. Nothing more and nothing less.

Agreed. I might switch it up and get Dusty in there.

Bruce avatar and he goes all to hell.
Switch to the Cueto and he goes all to hell
If I have a Dusty Baker avatar, it can't get any worse than it already is.

I like where you're going with this...

Reversal of fortune perhaps...

IMO, if that is the case... he's for both teams

Wrong.

He said baseball was meant to be played with 9 players who play the field and also hit.

I prefer NL baseball. Baseball wasn't meant to be played with a DH when it was created. The AL plays with a DH.

Don't get your panties in a wad dude. Just a statement that I thought the NL would win.
