Jeter is my favorite player of all time, but the MVP of the Yankees, to me, is Tex.

It's just tough for a Yankee to win it when you have 7 or 8 players with over 20 home runs and 75 rbi. A-Rod even had MVP type numbers for as many games as he played.

It'll go to Mauer, which is understandable, but I agree, they got hot in the last 20 games of the season. If they hadn't, Mauer's not in the discussion.

So that's saying something right there.
